Debido a una grave enfermedad, al veterano cirujano Soo-Hyun (Kim Yoon-seok) no le queda mucho tiempo de vida. Su último deseo es volver a ver a su novia, que murió en un accidente 30 años atrás. Un día un misterioso anciano entrega al cirujano 10 pastillas que, tomándoselas, le permitirán viajar en el tiempo hacia el pasado. Él decide ir al pasado para intentar salvar a su novia.
