Die Nacht ("La noche") es una película de instalación de Alemania Occidental de 1985 dirigida por Hans-Jürgen Syberberg. Consiste en un monólogo de seis horas interpretado por Edith Clever, quien lee textos de Syberberg y de muchos autores diferentes, como Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Heinrich von Kleist, Platón, Friedrich Hölderlin, Novalis, Friedrich Nietzsche, Eduard Mörike, Richard Wagner, William Shakespeare, Samuel Beckett y el jefe de Seattle. La película se proyectó fuera de competición en el Festival de Cine de Cannes de 1985.
